Your access pass to the HÆRVEJSMARCHEN is a wristband, which must be worn visibly throughout the march

All registered participants will receive a wristband in Kasernehallen (the sports hall) before the start of the march. The wristband is personal and must be worn visibly as proof of registration/payment. With the wristband, you have access to rest areas, toilets, and first aid on the routes, and you also have the right to transportation back to the starting point in case of injury, illness, or similar situations.

How to get a wristband

You can purchase a wristband for the HÆRVEJSMARCHEN either by registering online or by showing up in the registration hall (Kasernehallen) on the day of the march.

We encourage everyone to register online well in advance of the march. When you register online, you will receive an electronic wristband with a chip before the march, which automatically records your time and your arrival at the finish line. You will be able to see your time by logging into our system afterward. When registering on the day of the march, you will also receive a wristband, but this will be without a chip.

Checkpoint card for route registration

Together with the wristband, you will also receive a checkpoint card, which you need as proof of completing the march if you wish to receive a medal, an IMF/IVV stamp, or a diploma. Along the route, there are checkpoints with hole punches for you to mark on your checkpoint card. Read more about the medal, stamp, and diploma.
