The optional distance can be completed in a wheelchair.

For teams with disabled participants, the following applies: If you have a documented need for helpers/caregivers, you will be given a free start card for every 20 participants on your team. The team leader is kindly requested to register and pay for everyone, and to notify the secretariat by e-mail if there are registered persons who are caregivers per these guidelines. When you collect the start cards, the authorised number of caregivers will have their start cards refunded through the team leader.

RULES ABOUT TEAMS

You can choose a team name in the registration module, and can continuously add new participants to the team.

Teams can be registered for all the distances. The team itself or the team leader will decide which routes the team and the individual team members will walk. It is possible to register team members for several different routes and still be registered as having completed the march together, and to receive medals.

IML

The same rules apply to teams as to individual hikers regarding the right to IML stamps and to buy IML medals – you must have completed at least 2x20 km.

EXCEPTIONS

In the same way as individuals who have registered for HÆRVEJSMARCHEN who are over 70 years old get an exception, team members who are over 70 can have the IML stamp and buy an IML medal after completing 2x10 km.

We remind you that you are always free to walk as far as you want to and can manage, regardless of gender and age. So you are very welcome to walk further than the 2x10 km, even if you are over 70.
