One of HÆRVEJSMARCHEN’s traditions is having a lovely, international, communal atmosphere at the finishing area on the Parade Square on Friday night and Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
Thousands of hikers and guests enjoy themselves, mingling, receiving massages, visiting stalls and tents, enjoying the entertainment, receiving medals and reminiscing about the many times some participants have met each other.
All weekend there are events, fun and catering for both children and adults. Large dining and resting tent where food and drinks can be purchased on the Parade Square. Exhibition tents and stalls with a real marketplace atmosphere. There are activities and wellness tents where you can buy sports massages, soothing ointments, sportswear, shoes, etc.
On both the Saturday and the Sunday, a marching band will lead the participants through the last kilometres of the marches. (A plan will be added to the site on the 1st of June 2019).
